I am sure that the group picture is of my greatgrandfather William Thomas Whalen and his daughters twins Marie Kathleen Marie Ceclia and the baby on his knee is Rose.He would be the brother of Peter Whalen.
Peter WHALEN (b. 1856 d. 1926) Son of Thomas WHALEN and Margaret COUGHLIN. 1st Wife: Mary Cavanaugh (d. 1901) 2nd Wife: Mary Williams (b. 1882 d. 1920) Children: Mary Margaret (b. 1903 d. 1951) and Thomas J. (b. 1910 d. 1963).

I believe, at one time, this scrapbook belonged to my grandmother Mary (WHALEN) HURST, but I also think it contains pictures of many other family members. I am hoping that by posting these images online I will be able to identify more of the people in these photos.
